Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Slice of Heaven. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • During high volume periods such as launches, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping (within the United States)
    3 to 7 business days once shipped

  • Domestic Expedited Shipping
    2 to 3 business days once shipped

  • International Shipping
    7 to 21 business days once shipped, depending on destination and carrier

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Selected international countries

If your country does not appear at checkout and you would like to place an order, please contact us.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after the order has been shipped.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier website or by using the tracking link in your email.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

For international orders:

  • Slice of Heaven is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect information, or failure to pick up, any refund will be processed only after the item is returned to us and inspected. Original shipping costs may be non refundable.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address and cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in their custody.

Lost or stolen packages

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier facility.

  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier to open a claim.

  • You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 to 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and a brief description.

  • We will review your case and work with you on a suitable solution, such as a replacement or partial refund, depending on product availability and the situation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.


8. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it quickly enters our processing system.

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has entered processing or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return policy once you receive the package.


9. Pre Orders and Backorders

For any pre order or backordered items:

  • The estimated ship date will be listed on the product page or at checkout whenever possible.

  • Orders containing both in stock and pre order items may be shipped together when all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

  • If there are changes to estimated ship dates, we will notify you by email.
